CTS International, Inc. was founded as a California Corporation by Rathin Neogy in 1997.
Mr. Neogy has many years of satellite program management and product assurance experience representing client interests in the on-site field office monitoring of prime contractor activities at Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Thales Alenia Space and Space Systems Loral. This includes experience in the flow down and implementation of client product assurance requirements from contract negotiations, design and development, through the delivery of completed projects.
- While at INTELSAT he set up and coordinated regular meetings between ESA, NASA, and CNES to standardize MIL specifications to reduce costs and streamline requirements in the space industry
- Provide expert advice and strategic planning in Program Management for optimizing project outcomes by serving as a Consultant to corporations conducting business in California
- Most recent position was providing management support to Swissto12 SA on their new INTELSAT 8 satellite development until January 2024
